We're looking for a proactive, organized professional to be the primary client contact across our portfolio. You'll build strong relationships, gather feedback, and make sure our service quality stays high — bridging internal teams and clients to hit mutual goals.
›act as the main point of contact for client service needs
›develop strategies to maintain and improve service quality
›run regular client check-ins and gather feedback
›coordinate with the finance team to deliver on commitments
›resolve client issues promptly while building long-term relationships
›implement service best practices and policies
›track and report on service metrics
›proven client services or account management experience in financial services
›exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
›strong problem-solving and diplomatic instincts
›excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
›crm software proficiency
›bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
›experience inside a fractional cfo or controller services firm
›familiarity with financial management principles
